Easy Welcome is a property management agency founded by Grazia Pappalardo with vacation homes mainly in Lake Como and other areas of Italy, from Lombardy to Sicily. Grazia is passionate about the holiday rental industry, and has grown the company from a few rentals to more than 70 properties over the last seven years. Their portfolio includes stunning villas and beautiful holiday homes.

In the early days of her business, Grazia was managing the pricing of her properties herself. However, once the business started to grow it was impossible for her to stay on top of all the market changes and trends. “In the past, we used another solution but it was very complicated to use and the platform was all in English,” said Grazia. “ We then decided to use Beyond. The platform easily integrated with our property management system and the interface is easier to use, convenient, and intuitive.”
Grazia likes that the Beyond platform is available in Italian. “Having the website translated into my language is very valuable to understand and use the product at 100%,” said Grazia.
