Recognised at the Shortyz Awards 2026, Rental 12 was shortlisted in both the “Best Guest Experience” and “Best Interior Design” categories. Notably, it was the only Italian company to be named a finalist in either category, highlighting its commitment to outstanding hospitality and exceptional design.
In one of Europe’s most seasonal leisure markets, control matters. Sardinia is defined by sharp summer peaks, compressed booking windows, and expensive pricing mistakes. Peak weeks can sell out months in advance. Shoulder dates require precision. For operators, the opportunity is huge, but so is the risk of underpricing high-demand dates or overpricing weak ones.
