Exciting news for Airbnb Hosts using Beyond! Now that we are an official integration partner with Airbnb, we designed a streamlined way to connect your Beyond account to your listings in Airbnb.
It’s crucial to migrate to this new connection to take advantage of new features from Beyond.
If you have not migrated your account yet, we’ve got you covered with a simple guide to walk you through the process seamlessly. Let’s dive into the steps based on your hosting setup:
How to Migrate Your Account to the New Airbnb Connection
Firstly, it’s important to note that for the smoothest transition, we recommend performing the migration on a computer rather than a phone. You’ll also need to be logged into your Beyond account and ensure you’re logged into the Airbnb account connected on your Accounts Page.
Next, follow these steps you depending on your setup in Beyond/Airbnb:
I’m the Primary Host
For Primary Hosts, the migration process is straightforward:
- Click on the pencil next to that connection or click this link
- Click on "Link your Airbnb account"
- You'll be taken to an Airbnb page - please click "Allow"
I Have Multiple Airbnb Accounts
If you manage multiple Airbnb accounts, you will need to migrate each account individually. Here's what you need to do:
- Click on the pencil next to that connection or click this link
- Check the Airbnb account you are logged into
- Click on "Link your Airbnb account"
- You'll be taken to an Airbnb page - please click "Allow"
- You will then need to log out of that account on Airbnb and repeat the process for each Airbnb account connected with Beyond.
I’m a Co-Host:
If you're a Co-Host, here’s what you need to know before migrating:
- If the Primary Host isn't using Beyond, migration should be seamless for you.
- If the Primary Host has already migrated, the listing will be associated with their account by default.
- If the Primary Host hasn’t migrated yet, the listing remains linked to their account.
- If the Primary Host migrates after you, the listing will be moved to their account.
- If you're responsible for setting rates and want listings in your account, email support@beyondpricing.com with listing links, cc'ing the Primary Host for permission.
Ready to migrate? Follow these steps:
- Click on the pencil next to the connection or use this link.
- Click on "Link your Airbnb account"
- You'll be taken to an Airbnb page - please click "Allow"
Voila! Your migration is complete, and you’re now seamlessly integrated with our new Airbnb connection!
