Median booking lead time on the Gulf Coast is tracking at approximately 49 days across Q2, up from 46 days at the same point in 2025. May bookings are being made 25% further out than last year (64 days vs 51). June lead times are running at 95 days, up significantly year over year, indicating early committed demand for peak summer. ADR Growth Is Holding

The Gulf Coast ADR is pacing +32% YoY. Forward ADR across the Florida Panhandle and Alabama Gulf Coast is trending the same direction.
