Job Description creation
We use AI to draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity and inclusivity.
Formulating interview questions
We leverage AI to generate structured and role-relevant interview questions.
Interview transcription and note-taking
We use AI tools to transcribe interviews with interviewer permission.
Summarizing interviewer feedback
We utilize AI to condense interviewer feedback into clear, concise summaries.
Technical and take home assignments
Any take-home assignments submitted should showcase original conclusions and perspectives in response to our prompt. Candidates are free to research and use AI tools to support this and make the assignment completion process more efficient. However, what matters to Beyond is that the final submission clearly reflects original thinking, analysis, and point of view.
Application Materials
Candidates can use AI as a helpful tool to draft, edit, or refine their application materials like resumes and cover letters. However, it’s important that the final documents authentically reflect the candidate’s own experiences, skills, and voice so the materials accurately represent their qualifications and are not overly generic or misleading.
Interview preparation
Candidates can use AI to research Beyond, industry trends, or role-specific topics to deepen their understanding. However, it’s essential that candidates go beyond AI-generated content and practice articulating their own experiences and insights to ensure genuine and thoughtful responses during the actual interview.
Zoom interviews
Candidates should not engage with AI live on a Zoom interview or utilize AI-produced answers.
Live coding challenge
Similar to the above - It is acceptable to use generative AI (such as copilot) during a live coding challenge as long as the candidate is fully transparent about their use. The candidate must be able to clearly explain the prompts or instructions given to AI, how the responses were interpreted, and the reasoning behind any decisions made based on that output.
