Your pricing now refreshes automatically multiple times per day when relevant market changes occur or when you make adjustments. While other pricing tools charge extra for higher sync frequency, Beyond handles it automatically. Reacting faster shouldn’t cost more.
We’ve also introduced something the industry has largely overlooked: the real impact of reviews on pricing thanks to our new Reputation Factor.
Beyond analyzes your property reviews and adjusts pricing accordingly. Specifically, we look at how positive or negative feedback affects the perception in your specific market and dates.

With the new Listing Benchmark Factor, you can protect key dates so bookings don’t come in below your historical performance too early. The system calculates the optimal moment to flex those thresholds, helping you maximize revenue in volatile markets.
Coming soon, we’re also launching Listing Groups, a new way to organize properties beyond traditional filters. You’ll be able to create flexible groups, assign listings to multiple groups, and simplify analysis or bulk changes. If you manage multiple properties, this will fundamentally streamline how you work.
And because owner relationships matter, you can now share pricing recommendations directly from the calendar: accept, reject, or send them for external validation. Collaboration with owners has never been easier.
