From major product launches to behind-the-scenes algorithm improvements, this year was defined by momentum. More importantly, it was defined by results.

📈 Beyond Users Earned More


In 2025, Beyond customers continued to outperform their markets, earning 20% or more in revenue on average compared to the competition. That success isn’t accidental. It’s the result of data-driven pricing, constant product improvements, and a shared focus on smarter revenue management.

Because our business grows when yours does, we spent the year investing heavily in tools and enhancements that helped customers capture demand, price with confidence, and earn more from every listing without adding complexity to their workflows.


🚀 Product Updates That Delivered Real Impact


This year, Beyond rolled out major updates designed to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making, ultimately helping customers unlock more value from their portfolios.


One of our biggest launches was Neyoba, Beyond’s AI pricing assistant. Neyoba helps customers uncover emerging market trends, generate custom insights, and strengthen their overall revenue strategy—all in a way that’s fast, accessible, and actionable.


We also launched the world’s first short-term rental revenue management mobile app, giving hosts and property managers the ability to monitor performance, track bookings, and make pricing updates on the go. For customers managing busy portfolios, this meant staying in control without being tied to a desk.


Additional updates, like Owner Insights, gave customers better visibility into owner stays, owner nights, and their revenue impact—while integrations with Neyoba made owner communication clearer and more data-backed.


And behind the scenes, our algorithm enhancements such as dynamic occupancy-based pricing, time-based adjustments, and Pulse Rate Factor ensured pricing stayed even more responsive to real-time market conditions.

We were proud to host our Global Customer Advisory Board, bringing together experienced industry leaders from around the world. Their feedback, ideas, and candid conversations played a critical role in shaping how Beyond continues to evolve—and ensured our roadmap stayed grounded in real customer needs.

In 2025, Beyond attended 70 industry events globally, connecting with customers face-to-face and learning directly from the communities we serve. From Europe to the Americas to Australia, these conversations reinforced just how valuable strong data and smart pricing have become for growing rental businesses.

Our customers once again voted Beyond #1 in the vacation rental software category on G2, reinforcing the trust hosts and managers place in our platform.
