Your Automation Score brings the full pricing picture for each listing into one place. It shows you what Beyond is doing by default, what you can customize at the listing level, and which additional automations or recommendations are available to help you get more out of Beyond.
It lives on your calendar. One click opens a panel that answers the question every host wants to know: what is Beyond actually doing for this listing, and what else could I turn on?
##Here's what's running to keep your listing on top of the market
Most pricing tools give you the result, a recommended nightly rate, without showing you the work behind it. Automation Score is built differently. It organizes Beyond's pricing depth into three layers, so you can see exactly what's happening on every listing.
###Layer 1: Beyond pricing by default
Beyond automatically posts dynamic prices and adjusts for the core pricing signals that matter most, seasonality, day of week, local demand, pacing, and how your listing is performing in the market. This is the baseline. It works in the background on every active listing, every day, regardless of your score.
###Layer 2: Customizable automations
On top of the baseline, you can turn additional automations on or off based on your strategy, goals, and what each listing needs. These are the configurable layers that let you shape exactly how Beyond prices your listing. If something's off and you'd like to turn it on, you can do it in one click, without leaving the page.
###Layer 3: Recommended product features When eligible features are available for your account, they appear directly inside your Automation Score as recommendations. That might include capabilities like Search-Powered Pricing or Listing Benchmark Factor, features that strengthen your pricing setup based on your specific account. You get to discover them in context, right next to the automations they complement.

The Automation Score launches alongside a new 6-step setup flow for new listings. The first question is the most important:
What's your goal for this listing? Revenue, Occupancy, or Rate?
That goal helps Beyond tailor dynamic time-based adjustments to your strategy and gives Beyond better context to provide more relevant advice, recommendations, and insights, including from experiences like Neyoba. Pick the goal that matters most, and Beyond pre-configures the right automations to match.

- How do I see which automations are running on my listing?
Open Beyond and go to your listing's calendar. Click "Price posting on" at the top, it'll open a panel showing your Automation Score and the groups of automations available to you, each with a plain-language description and a one-click toggle. Will turning on automations change my prices automatically? Beyond's pricing intelligence is what sets your prices, toggling an automation changes how that intelligence behaves, but it doesn't set a specific price for you. You stay in control of your floors, your goals, and your overall strategy.
- What's the difference between Beyond's default pricing and the Automation Score?
Beyond's default pricing is the always-on layer, dynamic pricing that adjusts for seasonality, day of week, demand, and performance on every active listing. The Automation Score sits on top of that, counting the customizable automations and recommended features you've activated to strengthen your pricing strategy.
- Do I need to set up the Automation Score myself?
No. If you're an active Beyond customer, your Automation Score is already live on your listing. You can open it anytime to see what's running, turn on additional automations, or explore recommendations available for your account.
