Panama City Beach is a fairly seasonal market for vacation rentals, with high-season beginning with Spring Break in mid March and extending to the end of summer. Occupancy drops significantly starting in September, although there are spikes during both Thanksgiving and Christmas break as travellers seek Florida's year round warm climate.
