Leslie Anne Morris started her short-term rental business in 2019 by investing in her first cabin located in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.

Since then, she quickly grew her business and started a full-service property management company, Josh’s Cabins Management. Her one-stop shop allows out-of-state investors an opportunity to create passive income by offering concierge-style service to guests without the hassle of self-management. 

Shafiq has owned a multi-family building in Washington, D.C. since 2007, and a few years later he started renting one unit as a short-term rental on Airbnb. Things were going well, but in 2022 he realized he needed to start automating parts of the business to keep up with demand.

We spoke to Alessandra Marconi, the founder and CEO of Domus Rental about her experience with Beyond. Alessandra was looking for a solution to help her business maximise their average daily rates (ADRs) in their busy market, so they turned to Beyond in spring 2022. The team already had a very good understanding of their market and were booking well, so Alessandra’s goal was to ensure that they were not leaving money on the table.

Before Beyond, the Domus Rental team was manually pricing their properties, using their knowledge of the market to determine a rate. And with so many properties, they did not have time to change their rates often.
